RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN OF GOODS)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
Conditions for returns:
- The goods must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- They must have all original tags and labels attached.
- The goods must not show any signs of use (e.g., deodorant marks, dirt, washing powder).
HOW TO RETURN GOODS (STEP BY STEP)
1. Prepare your parcel
Ideally, pack the goods in their original packaging. Do not forget to enclose the completed Return Form, which was included with your order. If you paid by cash on delivery, please make sure to include your bank account number on the form!
2. Choose your shipping method
For your convenience, we offer the following options to send the goods back to us:
A) DPD Courier Pickup - Free of charge
- Visit our DPD return portal: https://rmp.dpdgroup.com/015/silvini
- Choose the day and address for pickup.
- The courier will arrive to collect the package, bring their own shipping label, and hand you a receipt.
B) Send it on your own
If the above option does not suit you, you can send the package at your own expense to our headquarters:

WHEN AND HOW WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY
Delivery of the returned parcel to us can take up to 10 days. Upon receipt (usually within 2 - 3 business days), we will process the return and refund your money. The actual crediting of the amount to your account may take an additional 2 - 3 business days.
The refund method depends on your original payment method:
- Online card payment: The money will be automatically refunded to the same payment card.
- Cash on delivery: The money will be sent to your bank account. (Make sure you have correctly filled in your account number on the Return Form inside the parcel).
- Gift card payment: The amount will be credited back to your gift card, which you can use for your next purchase.
(Note: Direct exchange of goods for a different size or color is not possible for technical reasons. If you need a different item, please create a new order and return the unsuitable items to us using the standard method above).
COMPLAINTS (DEFECTIVE GOODS)
In the event that the goods have a manufacturing defect, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Send the claimed goods clean and with a description of the defect to the headquarters address in Zdiby mentioned above. We process complaints without undue delay, but no later than 30 days from their receipt.
